I know fettucini alfredo is bad for you.  I just didn't know how bad until I assisted my roommate in making it for some friends tonight.  (Assist = I cooked the noodles.)  I'm not sure I can ever look at alfredo the same way again.  

I'll have to stick to healthier fare, like pepperoni and pineapple pizza (my absolute favorite) with cheesy breadsticks.  

An update on the Christmas decorations: I do not recommend the "cool white" LED Christmas lights.  

My tree looks like a neon billboard.  

But I'm eternally grateful to Sam for finishing the light-adornment.
