Note that this 2 day, 10 hour trip includes both tolls and a ferry.  

One might assume from that, that the ferry is how you travel across the big blue sea. 

One would be wrong with that assumption.  

According to step 42, you must jet ski across the Pacific Ocean.  The ferry doesn't come until step 48.
